When Payment Is Due

For Shogun Elite Training classes, the amount due and payment deadline will appear in the class listing or your booking message once confirmed. Submitting a booking request does not charge you or secure a seat. Follow the payment instructions provided for your selected session; your reservation is secured only when you receive an explicit confirmation from our team or booking system.

Payment Methods & Status

Accepted payment methods will be shown during checkout or in your booking instructions once verified. Do not send payment information by email or assume a pending transaction guarantees admission. If your payment is declined, incomplete, or awaiting review, your place remains unconfirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation.

Changes to Your Booking

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Need to cancel or move a class? Contact Shogun Elite Training as soon as possible and include your name, class date, and booking reference. Requests to reschedule depend on available seats and the policy applicable to your session; submitting a request does not automatically change your reservation. Refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines, any fees, and the treatment of missed classes or no-shows must be confirmed before publication. Until those terms are verified and posted with your booking details, do not assume a refund or credit is available. We will communicate any approved change or refund in writing.

How to Know Your Seat Is Secured

Watch the email address you provide for booking updates. A request acknowledgment or payment-pending notice is not a confirmed reservation.

Submit Your Request

Choose a class and send your booking details. You should receive an acknowledgment that your request was received, not a guarantee of a seat.

Review the Update

Check your email for availability, any required payment instructions, and the confirmed class details. If a message is missing, check your spam folder or contact us.

Receive Explicit Confirmation

Your place is secured only when an email from Shogun Elite Training or its booking system clearly says your reservation is confirmed and identifies your class and date. Keep that message for check-in.

How do I know if I’m ready for a class?

Review the class description for its skill level and learning goals. If you’re unsure which firearms or self-defense class fits your experience, send us a question before requesting a spot.

Do I need prior training or other prerequisites?

Prerequisites vary by class. Check the listing for any confirmed age, experience, or documentation requirements; ask us before booking if a requirement is unclear.

What equipment should I bring?

Bring only the items listed in your class details. Equipment needs depend on the session, so contact us ahead of time if the bring list has not been confirmed or you need an accommodation.

Does submitting a booking request reserve my place?

No. A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Your place is secured only after you receive a confirmation with the class details and any applicable payment instructions.

What if a class is full or the schedule changes?

Availability can change. If your preferred class is full, ask about future openings. If a session changes after your reservation is confirmed, we’ll contact you with the updated details and available next steps.
